Refund Policy

1. Service Commitment: At Deepvroxel, we deliver high-performance digital marketing services, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, Website Development & Desgine, SEO. Our goal is to scale your business with data-backed strategies. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that digital marketing requires manual labor, strategic planning, and non-recoverable ad spends.

2. No-Refund on Ad Spends: Deepvroxel is not responsible for the funds paid directly to third-party advertising platforms (Google, Meta, etc.). These payments are handled by the client’s own billing methods, and any refund for ad spend must be sought directly from the respective platform according to their policies.

3. Service Fee Refund Structure: If a client wishes to terminate services, the following refund rules apply to the Management/Service Fee paid to Deepvroxel:

  • Administrative Retention (20%): A fixed 20% of the total service fee is strictly non-refundable to cover initial audit, strategy development, and administrative setup costs.

  • Operational Deduction (20%): An additional 20% will be retained if the campaign setup, ad copywriting, or technical tracking (GA4/GSC) has already been initiated.

  • Refundable Balance (Up to 60%): A maximum of 60% of the service fee may be refunded if the request is made within 24 hours of payment and before any significant work has commenced.

4. Processing Timeline: All eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of approval. The refund will only be initiated once the original payment has been fully cleared in Deepvroxel’s bank account. A digital proof of the refund transaction will be provided to the client via email.

5. Immediate Termination (No Refund): No refund will be issued if a client’s account is suspended or banned by Google/Meta due to the client providing misleading information, promoting prohibited products, or violating platform policies.

6. Legal Jurisdiction: Any disputes regarding refunds or payments are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Delhi, India.
