1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website and our professional services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Service Provision & Scope

Deepvroxel provides expert Digital Marketing services, including but not limited to Meta Ads, Google Ads management, Website Development & Design, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Business Development strategies. The specific scope of work for each client will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Package.

3. Client Obligations

To ensure the success of our campaigns, the client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and timely business information and creative assets.

• Maintain an active and funded payment method on third-party ad platforms (Meta/Google).

• Ensure that all products or services promoted comply with local laws and platform policies.

4. Advertising Spend & Third-Party Platforms

• Direct Billing: All advertising spends are paid by the Client directly to the advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite). Deepvroxel is not responsible for these payments.

• Platform Policies: We operate within the guidelines of third-party platforms. Deepvroxel is not liable for ad account suspensions, rejections, or bans caused by the platform’s automated systems or policy updates.

5. Performance & Guarantees

While Deepvroxel employs data-backed strategies to maximize ROI, we do not guarantee specific sales figures, lead counts, or profit margins. Marketing performance is subject to market volatility, consumer behavior, and competition.

6. Payment Terms & Late Payments

• Service fees must be paid in advance before the commencement of any campaign setup.

• In case of non-payment or late payment, Deepvroxel reserves the right to suspend all ongoing services and campaign management until the dues are cleared.

7. Intellectual Property

All strategy documents, custom ad copies, funnels, and technical setups created by Deepvroxel remain the intellectual property of Deepvroxel until full payment is received. Unauthorized reproduction or resale of our strategic frameworks is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Deepvroxel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

9. Termination of Service

Either party may terminate the service agreement with a 15-day prior notice. Upon termination, the client is liable to pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes or legal proceedings arising out of these terms shall be settled exclusively in the Courts of Delhi, India.
